Terms and Conditions

Retainer: A $100 retainer is required to book a session and will be deducted from the final balance. An invoice for the retainer will be sent upon request to book and your date will be scheduled when the retainer is received. If the shoot needs to be rescheduled the retainer will be applied within 90 days or else it is forfeited. One re-schedule is complementary, after that there will be a $75 convenience fee included with the final invoice.

Deliverables: Photo gallery is live approximately 4 weeks after the photo shoot. Any digital images included or purchased are delivered by download. Prints will be shipped directly to you. 

Licensed Use: Images purchased are licensed for personal use and may be printed at any lab of the client's choosing. Images may not be sold or given away for commercial use without consent from Brio Photography. Additional licensing fees apply. 

Copyright and Studio Use: All images remain copyright of Brio Photography and may used in any and all marketing, advertising and social media without notification or compensation. A selection of images may appear on the business facebook, blog, instagram or twitter for the purpose of studio marketing. 

Billing: Balance is due in full at time of service. 

Sales Tax: If the shoot takes place in Texas 8.25% sales tax will be added to final invoice.

In compliance with Texas law, sales tax of 8.25% will be added to services provided within the state of Texas. No sales tax is collected if the client does not reside in Texas and the shoot does not take place in Texas.

The newborn session can be an in-home lifestyle session or in-studio. 

The session varies in length because babies are unpredictable, but are typically about 1.5-2 hours long.

Lifestyle sessions will yield approximately 80 images VS. studio sessions which yield approximately 50 final images. 

Your photos will be ready in approximately 4 weeks.
